MURAL
The brief was to create a mural with the chosen theme of ‘Green in the City’ that would be in Birmingham city centre. I chose to do an illustration using a purely green palette, and thought about green energy and the involvement it has on city life.
I wanted to cover many different cultural points from green energy, food, drink, community, art, film, music, exercise & environment and use a strong graphical style to make the mural stand out and feel like an impactful piece. The space is 8ft high by 60ft wide, so would have been a massive job, but equally an awesome job to paint such a massive space in central Brum. Unfortunately I didn’t win the contract, but it was a fun project to work on.
